Mission
As Head of Content at Sybotanica, your mission is to explosively grow our socials in reach & engagement. Your goal is to captivate and bind as many plant lovers as possible to Sybotanica, producing mainly short-form content from A to Z. You will make our potting soil sexy.
Results
- Relevant KPIs are in place, evaluation and adjustment moments are observed
- A creative process to get content efficiently from idea to go live stands, where we upload 1-2 shorts per day.
- There is a team of strong freelancers supporting production, as organic social grows we build out an in-house team
- Strategy in consultation with me and then monitoring it
- After 6 months, we have a monthly reach of 500,000 across Instagram, TikTok & YT Shorts.
Tasks
- A-Z responsibility over the content process, where you work closely with Sybren (Founder)
- Creative concepting & copywriting
- Maintaining community on socials
- Project management // managing freelancers
- After 3-9 months, also appear in the content, alone / with Sybren
This is you
- 2+ years of work experience in content production, social growth & short-form content.
- A creative mind with in-depth knowledge of the houseplant niche.
- You enjoy creating stories in video form & inform and enthuse an audience about houseplants
- High standards & results driven.
- High pace, it is important that we create a lot of content so we can find out faster what works and what doesn't.
- Fluent English & Dutch
This would be nice, but not mandatory
- You already have a network of experienced freelancers
- Experience with physical print
- Experience with Adobe CC
